Downloadable software products are usually non-refundable items. However, we offer a 3 day grace period during which you can request a refund if you change your mind or are in any way not completely satisfied with our products. To issue a refund we will deactivate your license number, and you will be required to uninstall the software from all devices where you have installed it.
If you should need to return our software after the initial 3 days have passed, you may be eligible for partial refund only, but no refund will be issued after 30 days since date of purchase.
Once your your request for return is received, you will receive a notification by e-mail. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

There is no shipping fee for our products, as they are available for download through the internet.
